To service you more professionally and quickly, we describe the terms and conditions of use of our site here. Please note your use of the website and the placing of an order to us will constitute your agreement to our General Terms of Sale and Service which govern the provision by HT PREMIUM Inc. of items.


Product orders may be entered online via www.htprem.com Or the customer sends us a message via the Contact Us page At the same time, if customers don't need the design service provided by HT PREMIUM, the customers shall also send the desired decoration details such as brand name, logo artwork, event artwork, or other that the customers want to use to decorate the Products ordered.

Orders sent by the customer are only binding on HT PREMIUM if they have been tacitly or expressly accepted by HT PREMIUM


HT PREMIUM products are compliant with state and US federal regulations.


In some unexpected situations, we do not have the products on the HT PREMIUM site at www.htprem.com you are looking for, we will work with you to meet your specific needs.


We try our best to produce the exact quantity ordered. But due to the quality control efforts and fast running machines, quantity control will not be always possible. We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under bill accordingly.

In the case that underruns are 5% or less, the customer shall have the option to ask for a refund of the underruns or replacement of the Products ordered by other Products. If the customer chooses to replace the products.



Even though we have tried every effort to ensure the pictures on the HT PREMIUM site or which we sent you via email appear as accurately as possible, the product color and appearance may vary slightly from the images. So we recommend customers request samples before order confirmation and bulk production.


HT PREMIUM cannot be liable for delivery delays or product availability in the case of force majeure, such as issues associated with customs, shipping, natural disasters, or human-inflicted disasters.


Efforts will be made every time to calculate accurate shipping charges, but from time to time, we may underestimate the shipping charges on your order. We reverse the right to invoice again if the actual shipping charges are over 5% of the shipping charges in the order.


HT PREMIUM believes in “Honest, So Trust”. We engage in providing excellent service. Please contact your sales immediately if you have any questions about the order.

Generally, customers shall call returns or send claims within 3 business days (72hrs) from the delivery date of the products. Claims can only be made on products, which is unused, unspoiled, and remain in the original package as the products were shipped. There may be restocking fees if you want to return products.

In the case of damage due to transport, the person or entity responsible for receipt of the products ordered shall precisely note their name in capital letters and damage details and reiterate these to the transporter in writing by recommended letter within 3 business days from the delivery date and please inform HT PREMIUM in writing within 7 business days following delivery.

In case of delivery delays, as the delivery date is a guideline only, customers' claims shall not give rise to any compensation unless the delivery deadlines are excessively exceeded or do not comply with general practice in the profession.

Cancellations will be accepted only if products have not been decorated. There may be restocking fees if you want to cancel and return products after delivery.

Payment Terms

Usually 100% balance for sample order and 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping for bulk order.
